Terms of Use

1.Introduction

Welcome to Red Catlog (“Red Catlog,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Red Catlog website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Red Catlog operates a marketplace that enables users to discover, connect with, and book independent service providers referred to on the Platform as “Therapists.”

Therapists may offer eligible massage, relaxation, wellness, body-care, and related services made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Red Catlog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2.Definitions

For these Terms:

“Customer”

means a user who searches for, communicates with, requests, or books a Therapist through Red Catlog.

“Therapist”

means an individual or business approved to list eligible services through Red Catlog.

The term “Therapist” is Red Catlog’s Platform designation for its service providers. Use of that designation does not by itself mean that a person is a doctor, medical practitioner, physiotherapist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or other regulated healthcare professional.

Where a Therapist represents that they hold a regulated professional title, licence, certification, or qualification, additional verification requirements may apply.

“Agent”

means a person authorised to participate in a Red Catlog acquisition or referral programme.

“Booking”

means a request or confirmed arrangement for a Customer to receive an eligible service from a Therapist through Red Catlog.

“Service”

means an eligible massage, relaxation, wellness, body-care, or other service permitted for listing through Red Catlog.

“Platform”

means Red Catlog’s website, mobile application, software, payment and booking infrastructure, and related services.

3.Eligibility

To create and maintain a Red Catlog account, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate information
• Use Red Catlog only where your use is lawful
• Comply with applicable verification requirements
• Not have been previously permanently removed from Red Catlog unless expressly authorised to return.

Red Catlog may require reasonable evidence of age or identity.

You must not create an account using another person’s identity or create an account on behalf of another person without appropriate authority.

Red Catlog may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where eligibility cannot reasonably be established.

4.Nature of Red Catlog

Red Catlog provides technology that facilitates connections and transactions between Customers and independent Therapists.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Therapists are independent service providers
• Therapists are not employees of Red Catlog
• Red Catlog does not employ Therapists merely because they appear on the Platform
• Red Catlog does not control the manner in which independent Therapists perform their services
• Therapists determine which permitted services they offer
• Therapists may determine their availability and, subject to Platform requirements, their prices
• Customers independently decide which Therapist to book
• The service relationship is principally between the Customer and the Therapist.

However, Red Catlog may establish standards concerning:

• Eligibility
• Verification
• Safety
• Payments
• Bookings
• Cancellations
• Service categories
• Pricing disclosures
• Profile quality
• Acceptable conduct
• Prohibited services
• Complaints
• Refunds
• Reviews
• Continued access to the Platform.

Red Catlog may also facilitate payments, customer support, dispute resolution and other marketplace functions.

5.Red Catlog Is Not a Medical Service

Red Catlog’s ordinary marketplace services are intended primarily for massage, relaxation, wellness, body-care and related services.

Unless a particular service is expressly identified otherwise and offered by a properly eligible professional, Red Catlog should not be used as a substitute for:

• Medical diagnosis
• Emergency medical services
• Hospital care
• Medical treatment
• Prescription services
• Professional medical advice.

Customers who have health concerns should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional rather than relying solely on information obtained through Red Catlog.

A Therapist must not falsely represent an ordinary wellness service as medical treatment or claim a professional qualification that the Therapist does not genuinely possess.

6.Account Registration

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete information
• Update information when it changes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and authentication credentials
• Not allow unauthorised persons to use your account
• Promptly report suspected unauthorised access
• Use only one legitimate identity unless Red Catlog expressly permits otherwise
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Red Catlog may reject or investigate information that appears false, misleading, incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent.

7.Identity and Verification

Red Catlog may require Customers, Therapists, Agents, or other users to complete verification.

Verification may include:

• Government-issued identification
• Selfie verification
• Proof of age
• Proof of address
• Business documentation
• Training or certification information
• Professional credentials where applicable
• Other information reasonably necessary to assess identity, eligibility or Platform risk.

Successful verification reduces certain risks but does not guarantee another user’s conduct, character, reliability, or suitability.

Users must continue to exercise reasonable judgement when dealing with others.

8.Therapist Eligibility and Responsibilities

A Therapist using Red Catlog must:

• Be at least eighteen (18)
• Provide accurate identity information
• Accurately describe services offered
• Provide truthful photographs and profile information
• Charge Customers only in accordance with disclosed Platform pricing and applicable rules
• Honour confirmed bookings or cancel them in accordance with applicable policies
• Maintain reasonable hygiene and professional standards
• Treat Customers respectfully
• Comply with applicable safety requirements
• Provide only services permitted on Red Catlog
• Possess any qualification, licence, permit, or certification legally required for a service the Therapist offers
• Avoid making false health or professional claims
• Protect Customer personal information
• Comply with applicable laws
• Cooperate reasonably with investigations of complaints, disputes, fraud, or safety incidents.

Therapists are responsible for determining whether they are lawfully permitted and sufficiently competent to offer a particular Service.

Where Red Catlog requires additional verification for a category, the Therapist must successfully complete that verification before listing the affected Service.

9.Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Select Services appropriate to their requirements
• Treat Therapists respectfully
• Provide a reasonably safe environment where a Service occurs at a Customer-selected location
• Make payment through authorised Red Catlog channels where required
• Attend or be available for confirmed bookings
• Comply with cancellation requirements
• Not pressure a Therapist to provide a Service that is not listed or permitted
• Communicate honestly
• Report serious safety issues
• Comply with these Terms and Platform policies.

A Customer’s payment for a particular Service does not entitle the Customer to demand activities outside the agreed Service.

10.Therapist Profiles

Therapist profiles may display information including:

• Name or display name
• Profile photographs
• Biography
• Services
• Pricing
• Availability
• Approximate location or service area
• Experience
• Qualifications where applicable
• Verification status
• Ratings
• Reviews.

Therapists must ensure their profile is accurate and not misleading.

Red Catlog may require modifications to profiles that are:

• Misleading
• Incomplete
• Inappropriate
• Unlawful
• Inconsistent with Platform categories
• Inconsistent with Red Catlog’s safety or content standards.

11.Booking Services

Customers may request or confirm Services through Red Catlog.

A Booking may be subject to:

• Therapist availability
• Customer payment
• Confirmation requirements
• Service-area restrictions
• Verification
• Cancellation terms
• Other conditions displayed before confirmation.

A Booking is not necessarily final merely because a Customer begins the booking process.

Red Catlog may specify when a Booking becomes confirmed.

Customers and Therapists should review all material Booking details before confirmation, including:

• Service selected
• Price
• Location
• Date
• Time
• Duration
• Applicable fees
• Cancellation conditions.

12.Service Locations

Depending on the Service and features offered by Red Catlog, Services may occur at:

• A Therapist’s approved location
• A Customer-designated location
• An approved business premises
• Another location permitted by Red Catlog.

Users must provide accurate location information where location is necessary for the Booking.

Red Catlog may restrict certain locations or location types for safety, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

Red Catlog does not guarantee the safety of every location merely because the Platform permitted an address to be entered.

Customers and Therapists should exercise reasonable personal-safety precautions.

13.Prices, Fees and Charges

Before confirming a transaction, Red Catlog should make applicable material charges reasonably clear.

A Booking may include:

• Therapist Service price
• Red Catlog Platform or service fee
• Applicable taxes
• Travel or location-related fees
• Cancellation charges
• Promotional discounts
• Other disclosed charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the price before confirming payment.

Therapists must not deliberately misrepresent prices or impose undisclosed mandatory charges contrary to Platform policies.

Red Catlog may change Platform fees prospectively.

Such changes will not ordinarily alter a Booking already confirmed at an agreed price unless required by law or expressly agreed by the affected parties.

14.Payments

Where Red Catlog requires payment through the Platform:

• Customers must use an authorised payment method
• Payment may be collected before a Booking
• Funds may be held, processed, settled, or released according to Platform rules
• Therapists may receive payout after satisfaction of applicable completion and settlement requirements
• Red Catlog may deduct agreed commissions, fees, refunds, reversals, taxes, or other authorised amounts
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation.

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers.

Users must not attempt to manipulate, reverse, evade, or fraudulently interfere with legitimate payments.

15.Off-Platform Payments and Circumvention

Where Red Catlog requires a transaction to be processed through the Platform, Customers and Therapists must not deliberately circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable fees or transaction protections.

Examples may include:

• Persuading a Customer to cancel and pay privately
• Providing alternative payment details specifically to evade Red Catlog charges
• Falsely marking a Booking as cancelled when the Service was completed
• Manipulating Booking records.

Red Catlog may restrict or terminate accounts involved in deliberate circumvention.

16.Cancellations, Refunds and Disputes

Bookings may be cancelled subject to the applicable Red Catlog Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility may depend on circumstances such as:

• Who cancelled
• Timing of cancellation
• Whether the Therapist attended
• Whether the Customer attended
• Whether the Service was completed
• Safety issues
• Material differences between the listed and delivered Service
• Duplicate charges
• Payment errors
• Other circumstances identified in applicable policy or law.

Red Catlog may review available evidence before resolving a payment dispute.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17.Ratings and Reviews

Customers may be permitted to rate or review Therapists after eligible interactions or completed Bookings.

Reviews must:

• Relate to a genuine experience
• Be honest
• Not knowingly contain false information
• Not contain threats
• Not disclose unnecessary private information
• Not be purchased or manipulated
• Comply with Red Catlog’s content rules.

Therapists must not:

• Purchase fake reviews
• Create accounts to review themselves
• Threaten Customers over reviews
• Condition required Services on positive reviews
• Manipulate the review system.

Red Catlog may investigate and remove reviews reasonably believed to violate its policies.

18.Agents and Referral Programmes

Red Catlog may operate authorised programmes allowing Agents or other participants to refer Therapists or eligible participants.

Participation may be governed by separate Agent or Referral Programme Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• No person becomes an Agent merely by referring someone informally
• Referral attribution must be recorded through Red Catlog’s authorised systems
• Commissions are payable only on qualifying transactions under applicable programme rules
• Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or cancelled where transactions are fraudulent, refunded, disputed, manipulated, or otherwise non-qualifying
• Recruitment alone does not guarantee earnings
• Agents must not make false earnings claims
• Red Catlog may modify or discontinue referral programmes prospectively in accordance with applicable terms and law.

Referral arrangements must relate to legitimate Red Catlog marketplace activity and genuine Services.

19.Communications Between Users

Red Catlog may provide communication tools to facilitate:

• Booking questions
• Arrival coordination
• Service clarification
• Support
• Rescheduling
• Other legitimate marketplace communications.

Users must communicate respectfully.

Users must not use communication features for:

• Threats
• Harassment
• Stalking
• Fraud
• Spam
• Unauthorised commercial solicitation
• Intimidation
• Blackmail
• Extortion
• Activity prohibited elsewhere in these Terms.

Red Catlog may review or investigate communications where technically possible, lawfully permitted, and reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or policy enforcement.

20.User Content

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to Red Catlog.

By uploading or submitting content to the Platform, you grant Red Catlog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes, display, distribute, and otherwise use the content as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate the Platform
• Display your profile
• Facilitate Services
• Improve Platform functionality
• Enforce Platform policies
• Promote Red Catlog where appropriate.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• It does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights
• It is not intentionally deceptive
• It complies with these Terms
• You have obtained appropriate permission from identifiable third parties appearing in content where required.

21.Content Moderation

Red Catlog may review, restrict, remove, disable, or investigate content that we reasonably believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Violates another Red Catlog policy
• Infringes third-party rights
• Is fraudulent
• Is misleading
• Creates safety concerns
• Creates material legal risk
• Attempts to manipulate Platform systems
• Is otherwise prohibited.

Red Catlog is not required to pre-screen every item of user-generated content.

Failure to remove particular content immediately does not mean that Red Catlog approves it.

22.Intellectual Property

Red Catlog’s:

• Name
• Trademarks
• Logos
• Software
• Interface
• Design
• Graphics
• Databases
• Proprietary systems
• Written materials
• Other Red Catlog-owned intellectual property

are owned by or licensed to Red Catlog and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, license, exploit, or create unauthorised derivative works from protected Red Catlog material except where expressly permitted.

23.Privacy

Use of Red Catlog is also governed by the Red Catlog Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how Red Catlog may collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information.

24.Third-Party Services

Red Catlog may use or integrate third-party:

• Payment systems
• Mapping tools
• Verification services
• Analytics
• Cloud services
• Communications systems
• Other technology.

Third-party services may be subject to independent terms and privacy policies.

Red Catlog is not responsible for the independent operation of a third-party service beyond responsibilities that applicable law places on Red Catlog.

25.General Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Create fake or misleading accounts
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Provide fraudulent identification
• Provide fabricated Therapist credentials
• Deceive other users
• Engage in payment fraud
• Create fake Bookings
• Manipulate commissions
• Manipulate referral relationships
• Engage in phishing or scams
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person
• Engage in blackmail or extortion
• Distribute malware
• Interfere with Platform security
• Attempt unauthorised system access
• Scrape information contrary to Red Catlog’s rules or applicable law
• Use unauthorised bots or automation
• Manipulate rankings or reviews
• Create duplicate accounts to evade enforcement
• Facilitate trafficking or exploitation
• Engage in violent or threatening conduct
• Facilitate unlawful activity
• Use Red Catlog in a manner that materially threatens the safety or integrity of the Platform or its users.

26.Safety

Customers and Therapists should take reasonable precautions during in-person Services.

Users should:

• Use accurate identities
• Keep relevant Booking records within the Platform where possible
• Confirm Booking information
• Avoid sharing unnecessary private information
• Report suspicious conduct
• Use recognised payment channels
• Avoid accepting unexpected changes to a booked Service
• Contact appropriate emergency or law-enforcement services when facing an immediate threat.

Red Catlog may establish additional safety standards for Customers and Therapists.

Red Catlog may restrict a user’s account while investigating a credible serious safety report.

27.Complaints and Investigations

Users may report:

• Fraud
• Misconduct
• Unsafe Services
• Impersonation
• Harassment
• Payment disputes
• Fake credentials
• Suspicious Bookings
• Inappropriate content
• Other violations.

Red Catlog may:

• Request information from relevant users
• Review Platform records
• Suspend transactions
• Place payouts or commissions on hold
• Restrict accounts
• Remove content
• Cancel Bookings
• Take other proportionate action while investigating.

Users agree to provide truthful information during investigations.

False or malicious complaints may themselves constitute a violation.

28.Suspension and Termination

Red Catlog may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably appropriate, including where:

• These Terms are violated
• Identity cannot be verified
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Multiple fake accounts are created
• Complaints indicate material safety concerns
• A Therapist repeatedly fails to fulfil Bookings
• A Customer repeatedly abuses Therapists or Platform systems
• Payments are manipulated
• Referral systems are abused
• Red Catlog is legally required to act
• Continued use presents an unreasonable risk to users or the Platform.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

Following termination, certain records may be retained where necessary for:

• Safety
• Fraud prevention
• Dispute resolution
• Accounting
• Legal compliance
• Enforcement purposes.

29.Prohibition of Pornography and Sexually Explicit Content

Red Catlog does not support or permit pornography or sexually explicit commercial content.

Users must not use Red Catlog to:

• Upload, publish, distribute, advertise, sell, request, or exchange pornography
• Publish sexually explicit photographs or videos
• Use Therapist profiles to advertise sexual content
• Use reviews, messages, booking notes, profile biographies, or other Platform features to distribute sexually explicit material
• Solicit users for pornographic performances or content
• Redirect users to another website, application, or communication channel for the primary purpose of providing or selling pornography.

Content may be removed and accounts may be restricted or terminated where Red Catlog reasonably determines that this section has been violated.

30.Prohibition of Commercial Sex and Sexual Services

Red Catlog is not a marketplace for prostitution, escort services, commercial sex, or sexual services.

The fact that Red Catlog permits legitimate massage, relaxation, wellness, or body-care Services does not permit sexual activity to be offered or requested as part of those Services.

Customers, Therapists, Agents, and other users must not use Red Catlog to:

• Offer commercial sexual services
• Request commercial sexual services
• Arrange prostitution
• Advertise escort services for sexual purposes
• Solicit sexual activity in exchange for money
• Solicit sexual activity in exchange for gifts, accommodation, benefits, services, or other consideration
• Use massage, wellness, relaxation, or body-care Services as a disguise for commercial sexual activity
• Pressure a Therapist to provide sexual activity before, during, or after a Booking
• Offer sexual activity to a Customer as an addition to a booked Service
• Use Red Catlog messaging or Booking features to negotiate commercial sex
• Redirect another user off-platform for the purpose of arranging commercial sexual activity
• Facilitate another person’s commercial sexual activity.

A Customer’s payment for a massage, relaxation, wellness, or body-care Service purchases only the legitimate Service described in the Booking.

It does not create any entitlement to sexual contact or sexual activity.

Likewise, a Therapist must not advertise or provide commercial sexual activity under the description of massage, therapy, relaxation, wellness, body care, or any other Red Catlog Service.

Violation of this section may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent account termination.

31.Sexual Exploitation, Trafficking and Minors

Red Catlog maintains zero tolerance for:

• Human trafficking
• Sexual exploitation
• Coercion
• Grooming
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Child sexual-abuse material
• Non-consensual intimate content
• Sexual blackmail
• Sexual extortion
• Using the Platform to facilitate any such activity.

Persons under eighteen (18) must not create standard Red Catlog accounts or participate as Therapists.

Where Red Catlog reasonably identifies activity that may involve serious exploitation, trafficking, child abuse, or another serious offence, Red Catlog may:

• Immediately restrict relevant accounts
• Preserve relevant records
• Investigate Platform activity
• Provide information to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

32.No Guarantee of Therapist or Customer Conduct

Red Catlog may use:

• Identity verification
• Profile review
• Complaint systems
• Ratings
• Fraud controls
• Credential checks
• Other trust and safety measures.

However, no verification system eliminates all risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Red Catlog does not guarantee:

• A user’s character
• Future conduct
• Personal compatibility
• The quality of every individual Service
• That every representation made by a user is accurate
• That every Booking will be completed
• That every interaction will be risk-free.

This provision does not excuse Red Catlog from duties that applicable law places on the Platform.

33.Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Catlog does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Availability of any particular Therapist
• A particular number of Therapists within an area
• That a Customer will receive a particular outcome from a Service
• That a Therapist will receive a particular number of Bookings or amount of income
• Continuous compatibility with every device
• The accuracy of every item of user-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit Red Catlog to exclude.

34.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red Catlog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising solely from use or inability to use the Platform.

Any limitation is subject to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for matters for which exclusion would be unlawful.

35.Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Red Catlog and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

• Your material violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity conducted through your account
• Services you unlawfully offer or provide
• Content you unlawfully upload
• Violation of another person’s rights
• Violation of applicable law.

This section does not impose liability on a consumer where doing so would be prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

36.Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or unlawfully restrict rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Red Catlog seeks to provide material information concerning Services, prices, fees, bookings and applicable conditions before payment or confirmation where reasonably required.

Red Catlog will also maintain channels through which Customers can raise complaints and seek appropriate resolution.

37.Changes to These Terms

Red Catlog may modify these Terms from time to time because of:

• Changes to the Platform
• Introduction of new services
• Changes to business operations
• Safety requirements
• Legal or regulatory developments
• Other legitimate reasons.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.

Where applicable law requires specific acceptance or consent, Red Catlog will obtain it.

Changes ordinarily apply prospectively from their effective date.

38.Governing Law and Disputes

Where Red Catlog is operated by a Nigerian legal entity, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights that applicable law gives a user in another jurisdiction.

Before commencing formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Red Catlog through the designated complaint or support channel so that the matter can first be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved.

The final jurisdiction, dispute-resolution procedure, court venue, arbitration provision, and legal entity details should be confirmed by Red Catlog’s Nigerian legal counsel before publication.

39.Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally possible.

Where appropriate, an invalid provision may be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.

40.No Waiver

If Red Catlog does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily constitute a permanent waiver of the provision or Red Catlog’s right to enforce it subsequently.

41.Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing use of the Platform except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.

Therapists, Agents, business partners, or other participants may also be subject to additional agreements relevant to their roles.

Questions, complaints, legal notices, or concerns regarding these Terms may be submitted to our contacts.

43.Acknowledgement

By creating an account or continuing to use Red Catlog, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
